Another question... Hope I dont get banned for asking too much lol. Once the bosses spawn, will they have a short cutscene and/or a boss theme, or will they just spawn and/or keep the same sound theme during the battle?

Colonel Harrion and the Shogun Warlord bring a bulky and aggressive vehicle to battle. Armed with powerful short ranged weaponry, the Shogun Warlord can close the gap and engage enemies up close and personal. In addition the Warlord is armed with a durable arm shield, allowing it to activate its afterburners and ram into and even destroy smaller fighter craft. Character Bio: starfoxeh.weebly.com/colonel-harrion.htmlLucy Hare on the other hand brings the first "capital" type ship into the game. The Pleiades is significantly larger than most fighter craft, and despite its size it is remarkably fast as well. Lucy relies on deploying automated combat drones to protect here ship, as well as auto targeting turrets and a host of inaccurate but deadly flak weaponry. Once the bosses spawn, will they have a short cutscene and/or a boss theme, or will they just spawn and/or keep the same sound theme during the battle? Ask as many questions as you like, there's no banning for being curious. There will be intro cutscenes for bosses and their own music. Check out the Shogun Showdown video that's a prototype example of a boss fight.

I'll do the grumpy French , after checking the characteristic of the Pleiades on the wiki of Event Horizon, according to its size and weaponry, the Pleiades is technically a corvette or a patrol ship, it is far too small to be a frigate, especially compared to the cornerian frigate X-01 with its length of 100 meters. The Pleiades have also the correct size and weaponry to be a heavy gunship, but it's good speed does not allow him to be in this category which is not the case for the corvette and patrol ship category. So what is the difference between a patrol ship and a corvette? Mostly the size (corvette is a bit bigger) but they have alot of thing in common, both are fast, both have a pretty big firepower (mostly against bigger ship, but some patrol ship and corvette may be specialized in AA)

It is always the same problem with the hardcore fan, always so close-minded. If you do not like this project, then do not come, I do not even understand why you come crying here. Oh wait, that is the probability that the project could succeed and bring new fans who have a different vision of yours of what should be StarFox that bothers you? My deer friend... StarFox NEED a new fan-base able to see and dream the future of the saga, without being constantly crying about the past of StarFox, claiming more than just a rail shooter and pushing Nintendo to rethink the foundations of the StarFox license otherwise StarFox is condemned to become a niche game (which is already the case) and probably disappear. And that why Undying Nephalim have my full support, because is project may and will breing some new fan with a new vision to the StarFox saga, and as I know his work is followed by most of the biggest French gaming press (btw this is where I learned about the existence of Hyrule Total War for the first time www.jeuxvideo.com/news/2011/00054077-hyrule-total-war-la-strategie-selon-zelda.htm ) I have absolutely no doubt that once complete, the press will relay the info, just like for Hyrule Total War. Speaking of Hyrule Total War, I always thought that the arrival of Hyrule Warrior was probably not a coincidence and that Hyrule Total War has probably blown the idea to Nintendo to try something radically new with this license. EDIT: now my post has become irrelevant

I'm glad I came across this great project. When I first looked into it, I thought it was just another animation, but that wasn't the case this time. Glad to see some movement going on, and I wish whom ever is and what team is in this project my best regards. It looks outstanding.

I have absolutely no doubt that once complete, the press will relay the info, just like for Hyrule Total War. Apparently someone somehow spread a rumor that I cancelled Hyrule: Total War simply because I had some negative words to say about Hyrule Warriors. Strange connections and assumptions people tend to make. Seems people are believing the rumor and have been harassing me about the issue without confirming it themselves.

Somthing I've been wondering from the gameplay vids so far. Considering there's three factions with playable characters set (unless you suprise us all with a playable Anglar), how do you plan to layout the story to use them all? Linear with switching as needed, branching paths or side missions that use more variety?

Do not forget that Event Horizon has an online mode, it is possible that some characters/ship are exclusive to the online.

Linear with switching as needed, branching paths or side missions that use more variety? At the moment the storyline will switch between three perspectives 1) Krystal, Fay, and Bill (and later Falyf) as the Cornerian Defense Force 2) Fox, Falco, Miyu, and Fara as the Starfox Team 3) Wolf, Leon, Panther, and Kate as Star Wolf At the moment Venom characters will only be playable in the mission simulator and multiplayer. That could change though. Personally, I've never heard this rumor, as I said, the only info I've read about you in the press it was to announce your work on Hyrule Total War. It's really recent. I was not liking how Hyrule Warriors was turning out, combined with my growing disinterest in the Zelda series decided to take a vacation for a week and work more on Star Fox when I got back. I've worked on HTW for nearly five years non stop and wanted to work on other things like Event Horizon for awhile. Somehow that translated to me rage quitting on HTW because of Hyrule Warriors.

Well, that and Starfox tends to be prime bait for trolls thanks to uh... some of the fans, like that one Korean guy who literally spent over $10,000 commissioning Falco porn.
Seriously, we are NEVER living that one down.
That said, once the gameplay gets more polish and work done I may give this a go. Loved Starfox 64. Wasn't crazy about Assault and Command does not exist to me, so it'll be nice to have a new Starfox in years.

Yep. If you ever run into one (of many, many) pictures of a giant naked Falco doing things with buildings, you know who to thank.

Well, that and Starfox tends to be prime bait for trolls Even I admit Star Fox is a pretty easy target. I stayed away from making a Star Fox game for years because of the stigma, that and I was unfortunately attached to a cringe worthy project a few years ago that made me want to stay away. I don't blame people wanting to poke fun at a bunch of furries in space, even Dylan Cuthbert seems to regret giving into Miyamoto's anthro choice. some of the fans, like that one Korean guy who literally spent over $10,000 commissioning Falco porn. Seriously, we are NEVER living that one down. Yeah that's just embarrassing.
